No complaints whatsoever, real good stay for my short holidays.

Marvellous and peaceful location, expressway was minutes from the hotel. The staff were welcoming and really good, everything was fantastic during our stay. A double room was updated and spotless had feather pillows.

The location was great and peaceful at the high end area of Upper Hill, minutes from expressway. The room was reasonably spacious with excellent views to the rising sun and the sunset.

Unbeatable and excellent location for visiting restaurants and bars. 10 minutes drive to the airport.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu in Nairobi and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Violet at reception, made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean, and Jimmy from the restaurant left a beautiful welcome note with fruits and cakes, including a delicious chocolate cake. The food preparation and room service were top-notch, some of the best I've had in Nairobi's top-rated hotels. The location was quiet, and the level of service from the staff, like Aggrey who handled laundry, was exceptional.

Excellent Service and Amazing Facilities

During my recent stay at Radisson Blu, I was impressed by the exceptional service and the incredible facilities. The warm welcome I received from the staff made me feel right at home. The hotel's beautiful interior and spacious accommodations exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, the conference facilities were well-equipped, and the audio-visual material was top-notch. The delicious meals offered at lunch and dinner were a highlight, and the abundance of refreshments throughout the day was greatly appreciated. Despite some small issues with room service, the manager promptly apologized and even offered me a free cheesecake as compensation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Radisson Blu again.

Our a double room was equipped with a safe box, cable channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. It boasted excellent views to the rising sun and the sunset. The location was great and quiet, minutes from highway. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

upscale place, it was spotless and had fabulously friendly staff from a butler. location: the hotel was very close to the other restaurant as well as a hill with beautiful views. i tried some drinks at bar upperhill springs, located 15 minutes walk away.

The room was reasonably spacious and with a safe box, cable channels, and a mini-fridge-bar at your disposal, excellent view to the rising sun and the sunset. Favourable and fantastic location, it was minutes from highway. Upper Hill district was worth staying in.

It was in a particularly good location next to Riadha House. A safe box, cable channels and a mini-fridge-bar were available in our a double room. The service was excellent with an efficient check-in.

Shame the bathroom was terrible.
